It probably wouldn't take much to make this product a lot better.

Given the plastic materials used, it's impressive that this clock works at all. But it doesn't work well. The pendulum is too lightweight to swing reliably, so it tends to quit after a short time. Worse, though, is the lack of explanation of the function of the many components. You can finish building the clock and still have no idea HOW it works, which really limits its utility as an educational tool. A longer, explanatory manual is a must.
