Description

This type of chemical splash goggle is the standard in chemical education throughout the world. Perfect for small faces, these safety goggles feature anti-fog lenses, an adjustable strap, and are designed to fit over regular prescription glasses. They are comfortable, and vented, but lenses are not removable or replaceable.

All of our Safety Glasses and Goggles meet or exceed Z87 ANSI Standards. All lenses are polycarbonate which absorbs 99.9% UV A and B light. Only Safety Goggles give the impact and splash protection required for working with chemicals. Safety Glasses give good impact protection.

Chemical Reactions: Substances react chemically in characteristic ways that may results in splashes, gas releases or other hazards to the eyes.

Protection to the eyes is critical in Lab settings. Students are encouraged to properly wear Safety Glasses/ Goggles during Physical, Life, Earth and Space Sciences. Always consult the Material Safety Data Sheet, especially Section 8: Exposure Control and Personal Safety before starting any lab.
