Description

With the Wheels & Axles module, students can add the wonder of motion to their structures. Once they've created their simple moving machines, students can explore STEAM concepts as they measure distance and speed, or experiment with the impact of variable incline. It's a hands-on way to integrate the skills and concepts of math, science, engineering, and design thinking. Includes 25+ free online, standards aligned lessons and activities. This module is intended for use in conjunction with Brackitz Education Structures (CST-320).

Includes: 20 18cm Axle-Splines, 70 Lock Washers/4-Way Hubs, 10 Spools, 20 12 cm Axle-Splines, 30 Lock Washers/3-Way Hubs, 24 Tires, and 22 Rubber Bands.

The Brackitz are an excellent addition to our STEAM Club! Teamwork and collaboration are the focus with these kits. We actually bought 4 kits and combined them for added fun.
