Catch one ball while holding another. When the first ball strikes the second a loud bang is heard. Sounds and smells like the old toy cap pistols. Each ceramic ball is coated with a thin mixture of potassium chlorate, sulfur, glue, and abrasive particles. When the balls collide, the potassium chlorate and sulfur react to form potassium chloride (a salt), sulfur dioxide (burning match smell), and heat. A great example of an exothermic reaction! Each pair of Blaster Balls produces as many as 400 blasts. Packaged as two sets, a total of four balls.
