The Woolly Mammoth roamed throughout the northern North American continent, northern Europe and Siberia. Occasionally in the permafrost areas of northern Siberia a Mammoth is uncovered with hair and entrails preserved. This hair is at least 10,000 years old and found in Taimyr Region of Siberia, Russia.Hair is sealed in a screw type plastic case, that is often used to secure baseball cards.
