Ron Perkins' passion for science and teaching has taken him around the globe. After presenting over 800 teacher workshops in the USA, Canada, Ireland, England, and Norway, Ron Perkins decided to start Educational Innovations, Inc. Joined by a former chemistry student, Ron has worked hard for over a decade to create this resourceful and dynamic company. As the remaining founder of EI, Ron is the center of an ever-changing family of teachers and educators.

Shortly after the inception of EI, Tami O'Connor worked as a consultant for our company, while remaining a full time classroom teacher. Tami eventually joined EI full time as Director of Marketing and Sales.

Over the years Ken Byrne has added structure to EI as our Director of Operations and worked extensively in Customer Service. If there is a problem with any of our products, Ken personally sees that the issue is resolved, and quickly. He understands the pressures and needs of a classroom teacher – he's married to one!
